My mum had a terrible life, full of drudgery and abuse. I always wondered how she was able to endure it but she sang and sang and sang. It got her through an abusive marriage and eight kids, widowhood and single parenthood. She was and is at 97 an awesome woman. I’m so grateful she passed that gift and insight onto me. Music is such an important part of my life and self care habit. Even my toddler grandson sings whenever he is walking in the woods or travelling in the car. It’s something I just do without thinking and now I can see what a big self care tool it is. Thank you!💛

The major problem with psychics, and I have some respect for Sonia, is that they really look down on people. We do not hear through vibrations and many people do take the time to choose their words wisely and carefully. People don't just chatter. Some do, but many really take the time to articulate themselves and with enough empathy, interest, engagement and questions even people who are poor at articulating their needs get their point across. Sonia really dismisses people (others) and empowers YOU to have a "better" sense than the dolts who can't properly articulate around you. This kind of thinking paves the groundwork for Narcissism.

I vividly recall when I learned my throat chakra was blocked, and subsequently unblocked. My life CHANGED. Not overnight, mind you, but in ways I could not imagine or anticipate was possible. I ditched the toxic relationships and attachments in my life (because I could now identify which people were not healthy for me), found a productive, satisfying career path (no more dead end jobs I couldn't stand to be in), wrote a best selling book, significantly increased my income, and no longer came down with seasonal bouts of bronchitis andnother respiratory ailments I'd routinely dealth with since childhood. I could keep going on, but I am convinces thag opening this chakra was one of the best things that happened in my life.

You should look into bile salts. Hypothyroidism can be caused by your gallbladder shutting down. People don't realize that we don't realize our liver is shutting down until it is at 90%. Also look into taking herbs that can help regenerate your liver. It saved my life even though I had to get my gallbladder removed.

When you mentioned the symptoms of a closed throat chakra, I find myself resonating with more than one of them, especially the part about not expressing myself authentically because of various reasons, and anxiety. I always feel the need to prove myself to others, when the reality is, no one cares. It's absolutely draining, because it's a perpetual cycle of doubting myself, and thus overcompensating, which I sometimes reap the rewards from, but other times, I just set myself up for disappointment. Thank you for sharing such valuable insights. It's helping a ton of people, including me realise that we aren't alone in this, and that we don't need fixing, just healing.

@@00minous00 yes, the throat chakra has a lot to do with listening and also with expressing ourselves through our mouth but also through our arms, be it by making art, singing, making gestures, dancing or whatever. Note that our arms begin at the height of our throat. In my experience though, the greater opening came only by the simple relaxation. Simple but not easy, because it's a relaxation of some very subtle and unconscious tensions that we carry on maybe since we were born (although subtle, these are the most important tensions). I realized that we can pay attention and relax the throat internally in all its most subtle aspects, starting at the very throat but entering the lungs, and relaxing especially the very breathing, so to speak, or the act of breathing. It's immensely linked to the breath. All of that allows the tensions to slide down towards the basic chakra, making us feel a deep sense of relief then. And curiously the mind gets silent when that relaxation takes place.

I believe so. I had a healing with a highly skilled practitioner last year. She sang different tones, of different frequencies, over each of my chakras. When she came to my throat chakra she said she was being guided to use her flute, which she did. I heard a break in the tone while she was playing. On my way home in the car I started singing along to the radio and was astounded at how beautifully I was singing. I believe we can all sing like angels when we are in balance.

Recently had an aura reading where I was told that my energy is locked in a loop with my crown, third eye and throat chakra cycling up top. I've also been experiencing nausea and was told it's this energy trying to move up but getting locked before it can reach my throat. I have always been the silent one, observing, listening but never speaking my mind. I never felt safe enough or strong enough to handle rebuttals. I was about to do some Kundalini yoga and I'm glad I came across this video first. I think that if I'd tried to move my energy upward, without dealing with my blocked chakra it probably would have caused some problems. Blessings to you for this video. I just wanted to add that I used to be an avid singer, but have stopped due to fear of singing in front of others. Also, I have noticed over the years asymmetry in my face, particularly my mouth. After hearing how it balances the two sides of the brain, I understand why this has played out physically for me there. Thank you again!

It was never allowed for us to speak the truth or speak up. Being bullied in school didn't help, was always the odd one out. Singing and chanting (humming) are perfect for "uncorking"! I just wanted to remind everyone that feeling emotions means feeling allll of them. I needed to relearn to go over the good emotions too, acknowledge them, feel them too. I would suppress positive emotions as much as negative when trying to remain repressively stoic, and not even realize it. Celebrate successes! Give your friends heartfelt hugs when they succeed. Shout in joy when you do something fun! Don't allow the "cringe" factor to come into play. Be yourself.

You may have a negative entity attachment at your throat. Seek a specialist in this work to have it removed. If you think back you may even be aware of the day it attached to you, or when you first became aware of it. The feeling of tightness or choking sound like entity to me. You may also feel there is a feeling of dense energy, maybe almost a feeling of rubber or thickness. If this resonates, do get a specialist, not a generalist, in order to deal with it and remove it properly. I am an artist and this has had significant influence on my career and happiness. Your wonderful wisdom has shone a light for me going forward. Much gratitude and many Blessings to you.💕🙏

Perfect message at the perfect time for where I’m at, thank you! I’ve been through a journey in the last year or so overcoming terrible fear, using mindfulness and counselling. And I’m wanting to be more authentic and express myself more lately. I’ve been writing a bit, singing new songs I just make up as I go, and have been wanting to take a painting lesson, maybe with my mom. It just amazes me how our journey is really one guided step at a time, this has all happened naturally without knowing it should. Thank you for what you do!

I followed my intuition and I am finishing my book, launched my first music album and comics series, I restarting my e-magazine... its so amazing and it connects 💯 in my healing. Amazing!

Thank you for your gifts! I saw you presenting live in Johannesburg, South Africa approximately 10 years ago. You called me up to the stage for an interaction. My challenge was, in the process of finding my own voice, to at the same time find the right volumne in the delivery of its expression. You pointed me to the sea of faces in the audience and said there, that is where and how you find it, there are your answers. I use your cards for guidance regularly. So, to find you again here on KZitem with this teaching is amazing and profound. May you know the power of the light you cast in the world. With love and respect. Aaah! What a beautiful journey this life is.

Just a bit of warning - that happens only if you pay attention to it and tend to it. Lots of pro singers are singing in ways that get effects, but don't actually involve the singer heart and soul. Technically great, emotionally - not much. I think it's great you're one of the singers who wants to bring back the original purpose of music - to heal and enjoy.

Oh, bless you, bless you, Sonia! I just came out of a yoga class that left me in tears. Sitting with the tears, I intuitively started massaging the places that needed love. Then I started to feel my throat in aches, so I realized my throat chakra needed some love. This video was the first one I clicked, and it was everything I needed to hear and feel. That last tip of being a champagne cork screw, and yelling HA! was an AMAZING way of releasing. Now I'll get to some more creative releasing. Thank you again, I look forward to my healing journey with your help. Warmly, Rona

Thank you so much for helping me to understand that the anxiety and overthinking that I was struggling with a few months ago was due to a blocked throat chakra. I’ve been doing a lot of writing, as part of a writers’ retreat I signed up for. This has helped enormously as I chose to write one piece about my internal struggles. I’ve also done a lot of painting, drawing and colouring and I love to sing and hum and dance. I’ve been walking a lot, I often see it as a walking meditation, and also been doing work on the heart and sacral chakras which has made sense now I know about the relationship between these three. Thank you so much, I have now subscribed and am looking into your courses! 🙏🏻♥️

as the nighttime comes, I count down the minutes, excruciatingly slow... 'til I can be tired enough to pass out, and fall asleep. the nighttime hours bring the most unbearable, most unthinkable, most unimaginable pain of grief and loneliness and despair and desperation. my soul is tortured: raped. I am breathless in my agony. I pray only for death and nothing else.
