My wife and I have been interested in trying out kayaking/solo skiff fishing. This is probably one of the best resource video we’ve seen, good stuff. Having never done this, a real world review of how to launch and retrieval “etiquette” maybe a “how to” and “ways not to die on your first attempt” would be exceptional. The same matter of fact detail type video as this one, would be huge.

Thanks for the video! I'll add a few more. There are a multitude of spots in Mission Bay and South Mission so I won't add any more than what you've covered. I will say the spot at Mooreland Dr and Riviera Dr near Rocky's is convenient. Also, at the bottom of Farragut Rd and Cushing Rd in Liberty Station is another put in spot. It's near the Courtyard by Marriott. There is a kayak and paddle board rental spot there as well. There is bay access and plenty of grass if you prefer that over sand. I find it easier to park there than near Corvette Diner. There is also a public dock near Jimmy's Famous American Tavern on N Harbor Dr not too far from Liberty Station. As others have commented, the beach by Il Fornaio and Mullinex Dr by the skate park, both in Coronado, are good.
