The dangers of the toxic self-proclaimed dating coaches, femininity coaches and relationship gurus on social media are real and only growing. In this video I talk about the sprinkle sprinkle movement, and the concept of providers within a relationship. I touch upon the facade that tradwives are upholding on TikTok and how content like this is pushing women towards more traditional gender roles. This then leads into the discussion on the myth that is the "alpha male" and how black and white definitions are harming young and impressionable minds, more than they're helping. I also touch upon masculine vs feminine energy and how this terminology is often being repackaged with loads of internalized misogyny by femininity coaches. Finally, I touch upon the concept of women settling in relationships, and how settling is a misunderstood concept as needs and priorities vary significantly from person to person.
