I wanted to come on and mention to you Catfish Dave that my husband suffered a long illness with cancer and he watched your channel often and so enjoyed it since he couldn't leave his room anymore and was a avid fisherman during his healthier years. Thank you for your video's you helped him during a very hard time in his life, in his final days he was talking to the staff at the hospital about Catfish. He passed away at home last Saturday. Anna In Ohio ( wife of buckeyedav). He watched you on tv so wasn't able to hit like and comment but he so enjoyed your channel.

I pulled the exact same rigs (2 suspended, 3 draging-2 on planer boards, white and yellow bass) above Watts Bar dam last week. 65 to 80 feet. Nothing but dinks, total of 5, 4 on suspended, nothing over 10 lbs, for almost 2 miles of dragging. I was too stubborn to leave, 6+ hang ups. I HATE HANGUPS, reel in everything, back up, braid eats your fingers, etc. BTW, You are not tone deaf, you nailed the rooster key, lol. I have been scoring tons of white and yellow bass fishing at night under lights for crappie.

White bass is probably okay for bait use (legally). But use large and small mouth or crappie you will lose viewers. Keep up the great work and if catfishing gets rough sand banks are fairly good for consistency not quality tho. I guess we all dislike them pleasure boats

Got a question about the suspended baits moving up and down wouldn't that entice a trigger bite? Because the live fish swim and dart to try to get away. Or does it mess with the hook set? I watch all your videos
