You could say its ironic that we listened to this song and didn't actually here the lyrics, kinda like how before a shooting nobody really notices the signs of a shooter. Still a great song to vibe to lmao

These are terrible things, kids. Bass player had a cousin in Columbine in 1999....terrible thing. If you see/hear something, someone threatening, say something. You could save a life. @@Ricartilive I just watched an interview with the writer, its about a loner who's losing his mind and plans to take it out on others.no mention of it being at a school.it could be a serial killer,a workplace.anything.you took something vague and put your own narrative to it and try to pass it as fact wich is understandable, alot of people believed the same thing. That narrative is a popular opinion that the writer himself doesn't share.is it the word kids that did it? Because you talk to any 60 yr old they call everyone younger then them kids.is it the term pumped up kicks?had to be a kid to talk like that.its a reference to reebok pumps from the early 80s wich would make people 30 something yrs old when this song came out.the kids wouldn't even know what that is.
@@Ricartilive I watched that as well as other interviews.again no mention of school.im not say it doesn't fit a school but it has been labeled a school shooter by public opinion exclusively while it fits many narratives.
