I don't know if you're going to see this comment, but it's something I want to share here. Watching your videos makes me not only remember those good ol' times, but also I wholeheartedly laugh at the anecdotes. It's amazing to know, no matter how winding the road, you'll get where you need to be. These vids feel like reuniting with a friend you haven't seen in years, and catching up to all the crazy things that happened.

From bagging groceries to working at an arcade to being a Disney cast member to the Craig we know and love today. Hard to imagine all this started with a lady who saw something and took a chance on you and knew you belong behind a microphone. From being a Play Jockey at Gameworks to one of The Deans of internet game sites. It’s been a hell of a journey. I’ve been with you since the early ScrewAttack days in 2007 and so glad to have gone along this ride with you. Here’s to many more years of fun and awesome content.

This video confirmed what I could only guess about; the behind the scenes work ethic that went into how it all began.... 8.5 years ago (way before I knew the behind the scenes). Seeing ScrewAttack, you, and other personalities like James Rolfe make a living out of video games actually inspired me. I left my job as a letter carrier and bought a Video Game Truck. I left my comfortable but miserable job and I've been doing video game parties ever since. While it's not the same as internet gaming, it has been a total blast. THANK YOU FOR THE INSPIRTATION CRAIG. I don't know if you realized but you & screwattack made a positive change to my entire life and livelihood.

Kids, don't let his story inspire you to try and be "internet famous." This is not the next gold rush. The people who actually make 6 or 7 figures doing the youtube/twitch thing are such a small percentage. I think my photography career started with ScrewAttack (gaming convention) (Remember that unintentional headshot of Craig I took at SGC, which became later use for a long time)., which lead doing convention photography, then to school/event photography (which also includes sports), then got me into the entertainment industry when I got into TV background extra work, and which lead me into wedding photography. Because of the pandemic, somehow found work doing real estate photos But yeah, I see what Craig is saying at the end. Looking at it now, yeah, I did some very low paying jobs, but still met people along the way into getting a bigger career. At the end, it just keep on snow balling into bigger opportunities

Being part of the old guard, has it been difficult to stay relevant and avoid controversy? Also what happened with the Ocarina of Time 3DS review? I thought your review was funny and brought some really good points on how Nintendo dropped the ball but when I rewatched it they changed it. Was Nintendo fanboys' backlash that big? Much love to you and all the guys at Screwattack and Gametrailers, watching your videos back in the day helped me a ton with learning English.

Ah yes, the way career life goes. Translator, graphics designer, programmer... Going from thing to thing, and right now I'm a QA Tester. I spend a lot of time and money on education for paths that ended up as dead-ends, not leading me anywhere, and I still can't say for sure if this is going to be a thing that I'll stick with, and it likely kind of hurt me in some way, cause while some other people had started their careers right after college, getting that experience, I was just jumping from thing to thing, but ... I think that it was probably worth it. I have a better idea of who I am and what I'm good at, than if I had just jumped straight into what I am now. This is life. The long journey to find out where you belong. No matter what some people may say, it is not a bad thing. There are hardships along the way, but they end up making you stronger.
