I admit from previous experience, I've avoided church as well as avoiding talking about my faith because I have tattoos, I swear and I can be a pain in the butt and Ive been judged harshly by church goers in the past. However, I love the way Nadia explains things in a non condescending way, has the tattoos and lets out an odd swear word, showing everyone that you don't have to be a certain way to follow a certain path, especially if you need God and I love how relatable she is🥰

Oh my, bless you 💛💛💛 Jesus came for such as us. Read any New Testament book & see who He hung out with, the self righteous, the so say perfect.... no! Us, sinners, tattooed, flawed, we swear, we curse, we are flawed, we are those who truly need him & who he came for. You are SO precious in his eyes, never mind the world, and the so say Christians. I am so very sorry for how church goers have treated you. They are so wrong. Not you. You are loved. JUST as you are xxx

How do you do it Nadia? How? In a few short sentences you reach my heart, connect me to Jesus and make me feel less alone, less rebellious, less outside, thank you, thank you doesn’t cover it. God bless you xxxx

I had sheep. Dumbest damn animals. The little "barn" collapsed. Stupid me drove an old Honda Civic wagon into the yard. Opened the back hatch for them. They actually did go in every now and then. But what they mostly did was get their heads stuck in the wheel wells. I'd hear this loud "baaa" bang bang bang "baaaaa!" and have to go pull the sheep out. Last straw was a plumber came to work on the well head. I heard him cussing, but it was a tough space. He came in. Said, "Never call me again." Turns out, while he was half in this tiny space with his butt sticking out, my two woolly ladies kept humping him. I gave them to the farmer around the corner where they could get their needs met. Loved this mini sermon extra much. Kept thinking, even if I am walking shrubbery that can't keep my head out of trouble, at least I give the Shepherd a good laugh.
