This part was so satisfying... “They do now” - damn - was delivered like a fucking expert. 0:44 The best part is that Stanton has to sit there and watch as his actions are picked apart by his fellow officers. Internal Affairs can say nothing because it would be expected to use real life incidents to teach officers, especially when an officer was attacked. Stanton might have been reinstated, but he has lost so much credibility that nobody will ever work with him. He has been exposed as a racist, a liar and a coward. It's only a matter of time before he re-signs.

It is being used as a "training" video after an officer was almost killed. He was not exposed in the community, but to his fellow officers. If he complains, it would mean admitting he lied to get his job back. He now has 3 options: 1. Street duty alone 2. Flying a desk either in the property or the evidence or control room 3. Resign His prospects of seniority are not great, he will remain P2-a rookie for the rest of his career. If you're a training officer, then management are seriously considering your potential as a sergeant; Stanton threw all that away with with his white supremacist idealogy. He has no-one to blame but himself.

You have NO IDEA what you are talking about. I responded to a call, I get there I see a fellow officer and friend fighting with a suspect, unbeknownst to me, the pos had stabbed/was stabbing the officer. ( little blade, no more than 3 inches) I and one other responding officer barreled into both of them, everybody went down, we gained control of the assailant. What was his partner doing? Standing there WATCHING. Another reason women shouldnt be cops, men can freeze too but women freeze more often. Her explanation? I was keeping the crowd back and calling for back up. There was no damn crowd. She was a kamala harris type she was fuckn a captain, and he protected her, and the effin union went along with it. It cost my friend HIS career, as the stabbings he recieved hit nerves in his legs and he retired medically. Her? She was promoted to Sgt. a year later, thankfully to another dept. @@kincaidwolf5184 To an extent. However, the new training program across the board. Could be videos on various topics. It would not be hard for the dep to whip up different training videos. From officer Nolan porcupine incident titled situational awareness- the importance of knowing what is on the other side of a fence, To kit importance of maintaining kit with field malfunction etc. training team could very quickly grab a bunch of vids to use in there new training protocols in case there is a complaint. Considering how serious and recent this was this video will be logically front and centre. Importance of reporting a fellow officers freezing.. Situational - team awareness.. knowing how your team responds to incidents. Is someone afraid of large bodies of water, clowns, fire or are they injured. other important elements to consider people can jump to there own conclusions about racism letting rumour mill do it's work but his failure to act would speak to everyone & is enough to isolate him. in officers mind if he can do this based on race who says he won't do it to me if I get on his wrong side. They will likely throw in other ones under this title group ensuring partners safety. that cover things like fitness. Keeping yourself fit enough to support your fellow officer. with body cams of officers unable to keep up or struggling to jump a fence. if your part of a training video it would likely not be uncommon esp the first time it's viewed if it's new training to be invited along to answer questions as your perspective & thought process is unique. Which will be added to training FAQ. The high frequent use of body cams with reports on what happened makes it very easy to sift through & find more material. Even having a quite word of TO's to whom will point in right direction of cases to use. Not too difficult to search by low score or a word database search of reports that naturally are connected to the bodycam videos. You could quite quickly have 15+ videos in under an hour with topics of discussion & an outline of different topic making a training curriculum (training protocols) and a believable training mission statement. Starting with low number of videos allows for an excuse to adapt, change and add new material as we approach closer to the training module to keep it as relevant and up to date as possible. With a just come in adaptability ingrained in protocols. All your doing is formalising the bodycam teasing you see earlier in the show. The only evidence is the body cam video there are no cameras in the room & I highly doubt many of the officers would go to bat for him now.
