My brother I trade forex and I want to clear this that overnight fees is a brokerage which we have to pay to the brocker for their service. And we don't pay a single dollar for the leverage as interest. And it is not speculative income because we gain knowledge ,read books and do courses to learn it so we are not gambling may be some are doing but I don't.

the leverage provided is not a physical exchange of money or a traditional loan. It's based purely on a contractual agreement that allows you to enter into positions much larger than your initial cash outlay (margin). This contract gives you control over an asset without actually owning it upfront. In Islamic finance, transactions that involve excessive uncertainty ("gharar") or gambling ("maysir") are prohibited. Trading in derivatives, like futures, where the ownership of the underlying asset is not transferred at the time of the contract, can be seen as problematic from an Islamic finance perspective. This is because it involves trading in contracts for assets not currently in possession, which some Islamic scholars argue violates the principles of immediate exchange in transactions.

Hello akhi I have a question. -What if I take 10% of what I make in that trade and give it away (to get rid of interest and hidden interest) -I fully understand the market and use 100% sure strategies to avoid gambling -Whenever I make money from a trade I will withdraw it cash (to show ownership) then I'm gonna put some of that money into my trading account to invest more -I make sure to not deal with a haram forex company If I do all of those will it make it halal? jazaka llah khayr

Look you don't have to right to give fatwah on such things , these sort of things should be sent to scholars or well known high educated students of knowledge. From what I've seen its permissible according to scholars and students of knowledge. Seniors scholars and even Islamic boards have approved forex , on the condition that when you buy its a instant transaction and theirs no leverage. Look i don't think you have the credibility to be saying haram or halal on such matters.
