This method explains how to style and wash curly/wavy hair, there’s also some kinda rules on how to sleep without creating freeze. Basically it explains what products to use and what ingredients to avoid...like sulfates and silicones. There are lots is KZitem videos about it.

I feel your pain with the neighbours! My boyfriend and I have escaped and thankfully don’t have to deal with it anymore but our former neighbours were SO LOUD. It literally sounded like they were picking up objects and just dropping them on the floor regularly. Not to mention they had an in unit laundry that was so loud and vibrated, which they of course used late at night during the week. I thought I was going to go crazy! Unfortunately the only thing that worked for us was moving, and prior to that earplugs and headphones. I hope you’re able to find a solution soon! Love your videos! 💕

The perks of living in an apartment. 😂 My neighbors are always cooking at such awkward hours (like 7 a.m.) and it really smells so disgusting. I mean it get it everyone got a different taste and that’s totally fine but these dishes smell like you don’t want to eat them at all and maybe you shouldn’t. And don’t get me started at the noises... when you are living in the city, you have to be patient and not playing the piano at 4 a.m. for 2 hours 😣 (don’t get me wrong, playing the piano during daytime is totally fine and also awesome!).

I used to wash my hair every day too because my hair was thin and it would get oily so fast and then also have zero volume, so I definitely understand where you're coming from, but it's soo true that if you stop washing it every day it will become less oily! It maybe won't work for you right away, but stick with it! After a couple weeks you should be good to go! My hair looks so much more volumized, less oily, more body, thicker etc. now that I only wash it every 4-5 days! What worked for me was spraying the dry shampoo at my roots (lift sections of your hair up and spray it all around) then let it sit for like 10-15 minutes before you do anything else! I spray dry shampoo in mine in the morning then put my hair in a bun and shower (don't get it wet) then massage it in and brush it after. Waiting the 10-15 min before massaging it through my hair was key for me and something that I never realized I should do. If that doesn't work I would try doing it at night and then maybe touching up with a little more in the morning if you need to. I've tried lots of drug store and high end brands. My fav dry shampoo is the Living Proof one, but I used to use Batiste and that was good too!

Can I just say that your tip of speeding videos has been life changing haha. I was also in a phase of wanting to get my hair into a healthier state and used to leave it air drying for years. But I actually noticed that my split ends and overall health didn't actually improve. Then started to blow dry it and for some shocking reason it looked so much healthier, with no split ends. I went to the hairdresser and she actually told me that when the hair is wet it's at it's most fragile state, and should dry it as soon as possible. So I now use a heat protectant spray before blow drying my hair, and it's the healthiest it has ever been!

Use the shower rod to brace the speaker driver against your ceiling, cone side up. Then play whatever audio through it. The sound will carry nicely into the apartment upstairs."
