Vladimir Osechkin and the human rights project Gulagunet (@MrGulagunet ) and the New dissidents foundation present one of the most important testimonies about the war in the format of the first interview with Konstantin Yefremov, platoon commander of the 42nd motorized rifle division of the RF Armed Forces, who from February 27 to May 2022 took part in war against Ukraine and became an eyewitness and de facto important witness for the international investigation of torture and ill-treatment of prisoners from among the employees of the 36th Marine Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the civilian population, in which Colonel Vitaliy Shopaga, Major Dutov and other sadists from among employees of the 42nd division. For several months we kept the data of this most important witness in secret, and only now, when Konstantin left the Russian Federation and crossed the Atlantic on board a large airliner, we have the right and duty to publish his testimony and announce important facts of torture and torture by a number of unscrupulous officials of the Russian Ministry of Defense inhuman treatment of military and civilian prisoners. Our independent investigation and this publication, including our contribution to the protection of human rights, the fight against torture and the limitation of arbitrariness, we consistently expose crimes against humanity and humanity, as well as war crimes, which, to our great regret, are committed by a number of sadists in shoulder straps, exposing people to torment, and the armed forces of the Russian Federation to shame. We know the inhuman methods of the totalitarian system of dictator Putin, many of them we have uncovered and exposed clearly. That is why we appeal to the international community, the UN, the International Criminal Court and the Prosecutor's Office with a request to take into account these important testimonies and take measures to protect Konstantin Yefremov from return to the Russian Federation, arrest and torture. We also continue to call on the Council of Europe and the UN, the European Parliament and the US Congress to create and implement an international system for the protection of complainants and witnesses of war crimes, crimes against humanity and humanity, as well as witnesses of torture conveyors and grand corruption. At present, it is obvious that it is important for those who go over to the side of democracy and goodness to help and support them with all their might. At the same time, the capabilities of the independent human rights project Gulagu net and the New dissidents foundation are modest and limited, and right now a number of important witnesses need to be rescued, evacuated and protected. We call on everyone who is watching this video right now to spread the link to it as widely as possible and provide all possible material assistance with sponsorship, donations and donations to us so that we can continue to act independently and in the interests of peace and humanity. Be kind! The Gulagu.net KZitem channel, led by the founder of the project Vladimir Osechkin, has been consistently exposing the facts of grand corruption and the arbitrariness of the security forces for more than 11 years, doing everything possible to protect human rights in Russia and the post-Soviet space in the interests of democracy and a brighter future. We fight against sadists and corrupt officials, expose entire organized crime groups and criminal communities, and also assist the international investigation of crimes against humanity and humanity that have been committed both on the territory of Ukraine and on the territory of Russia. Report the facts of torture and corruption to us at gulagunett@gmail.com
