I like the podcast on Spotify but I always prefer KZitem for the reason that I find myself more engaged when I’m looking at the person speaking to me. Maybe I’m just old school, but I was taught to respect those that take the effort to address me and even though this isn’t a personal message, I still take the time to pay Ryan the the respect he deserves for putting this out in the world. Great message as always Ryan, and just know that you are reaching more men than I think you realize.

painful watch, thank you. Last weekend I got emotional at a buddy I play online with. Looking back he was just telling the truth and I snapped back. I would consider him a truth teller with good intent. Im disappointed I let my emotion take control for that moment.

I have a lot of issues with my family and it affects my marriage. My problem is keeping my emotions in control when confronting them. Emotions cloud my judgement and are an obstacle in themselves. How do I keep centered when dealing with people who cause so much strife in my life?

It's tough and You have to try + figure out the situation Your in, as in the people You have to deal with and come to a understanding of what's going on in Your world. it ain't easy. But it can be done. His first book is serious good, but to read it: is to apply Yourself to the problems of Your Life. " yes there is a solution in Soverity, but You have to be really brave, conscious of the objective and want to change Your life" I have nearly got there once. Ryan's book needs full thought + thought. The master plan is there. It's just not simple/easy. With Love; Sincerly from Ireland➕🙂♥️🇮🇪🇺🇸

Mostly it’s my sister and step father. There’s a lot of disrespect for my wife. Most of the time it’s done when I’m not there. No one will admit the behavior nor will they apologize. My sister also gossips with my family so the rest of them have a negative attitude towards my wife.

At about 5 minutes in, the presenter talks about how he had to tighten up his message. 4 minutes of intro tells me he needs more of that.

Much respect brother 🫡. I’m on day 5 with no nicotine. I’m trying not to be a complete dick to people, but I have noticed I’m much more blunt. All I know is that it’s gotta be done. I have a goal set, I adjust accordingly to complete said goal. Then onto the next!
