On the ninth day of kitsuke my musubi will be, shidare musubi!
Shidare (枝垂れ) means drooping or weeping (as in weeping willow) and it describes the dangling tales that are the characteristic of this musubi. It can be tied using a hanhaba obi, but the obi must be long enough. My obi is 390cm long.
