Ingredients:
60 ml (2 fl oz) espresso or coffee
1-2 tsp cocoa
150 ml (5 fl oz) milk
an egg yolk
15 ml (1/2 fl oz) chocolate syrup
a scoop (30 g - 1 oz) of ice cream
Topping chocolate sauce to taste
Method:
1.Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way.
2.Place cocoa into a blender. Pour in syrup, coffee and milk. Add ice cream and an egg yolk.
3.Blend the components until smooth.
4.Decorate the serving glass with chocolate topping.
5.Pour the finished beverage into the glass.
