💯 true. I really love Mike. Following his advices and the 2mad examples of food and walking 30 minutes after my lunch, I already dropped 15 pounds in the last 3 months. I’m 51.

Hi Mike staying on 1 meal a day til I reach 1st weight goal.😂 then will decide on next step. Most important not to regain 1 ounce! Diet : fish+ 3 veg (2x day 2pm-6)

2 meals a day on training days Omad on rest days with perfect human amino acids threw the day that’s my ritual now Mike of years of finding out what works for me 👌

I lost lot of weight with IF and eating 2 meals in 4 hours window. But i still have some belly fat which is very stubborn, and not ready to go. Will this OMAD strategy will help me lose fat from the belly?

OMAD for me resulted in a 39 lb / 18 kg loss. Resistance training was not negotiable - I found it best to do it in micro bouts rather than in one long session. It also made travelling super easy vs having to take 3+ Tupperware containers with me. W/r eating, it was best done for me mid pm.

Mike - wondering if you think Dr John McDougall (RIP) could have looked better or lived longer with animal protein ? he always wanted us to eat mostly starches & was against animal protein and fat.

It’s hard for me to eat earlier in the day because I be working and I would probably get sleepy I work in transportation so my time is 8 pm to 9 pm start back fasting at 9 pm I workout in the afternoon then I go home and eat my omad any suggestions

I would find any eating window that fits into your schedule.... it's probably a little bit better to take food in earlier in the day, but it doesn't fit into my schedule either

If i wish to strength train 3 times a week, do 90 min of cardio, including some HIT a week, can i maintain my myscle mass over a 6 month period if most of my macros on omad is protein?

Another great informative video Mike. Great to see the meal plan to get more ideas. I do OMAD once a week usually on a Sunday as when your at home it's much easier.
