Holy moly, youtube recommended this video and I had no idea you were still around! Miss the early days of the boys around the little table, just some bros eating meats. Now you're on your own channel (congrats) and everyone has upped the production quality. Crazy to see where everyone is compared to where they started.

All in on each one! We used to eat a fair amount of bison in Oklahoma back in the day. You could even get bison burgers & bbq at Woolaroc Museum and Trails. They even had a cool can crusher that you fed the cans into the mouth of a mechanical bison. Great cook!

I went to a couple of small town meat markets today. At one, I got 2 lbs of American waygu beef burgers. At the other I got 2 burgers made with elk, bison, waygu beef, and wild boar - all together. I am looking forward to both.

Sign me up for any of those. You should try to get some venison backstrap. I take a whole one butterflied stuffed with cream cheese and chopped jalapeños and wrap it in bacon. It doesn’t get much better than that. But knowing you, I’m sure you can make it even better.

I did buy it !!! If you wanna to have the experience do it . But I don’t recommend, for the price is not worth it. The bison and the elk tomahawk was very rich in flavors but very chewy. From 1-10 I’ll give 3 .

As an Argentine raised woman,I see you don't know how to make asado. Low and slow over gray coals is the secret, with authentic fresh chimichurri..you can make the cheapest ,toughest cut of meat great..tough meats require marinating para ablandar la carne.

Ok, so first, yes More of these exotic meats. They aren't so exotic to me, but wild meat and raised meat do taste different. I've never had their tomahawk steaks, but I've tried a lot of types of meat. I've had wild caribou, which was by far my favourite. Wild Moose, venison, bear, amongst all the small game. The elk was farm raised and delicious and so was the bison. Loved them all, when cooked correctly. Wild meat unfortunately needs to cook to an obscene temperature to be safe from Trichinosis. In my opinion, with ALL the wild meat to farmed meat comparisons, farmed meat was absolutely way better in every instance! I absolutely love this comparison brother!! NINJA APPROVED!!! Kissus for the missus as always!
