Keep living!!!! And, you will go through adversity! What helped me to heal& turn my pain into power was, I ask God to help me to get the lesson that this has come to teach me! I ask God to give me WISDOM where I lack, show me my part& what is the solution? I refuse to be a victim! Instead I will be victorious 🙏🙌

It was a blessing that My dad wasn't in my life. He told me himself that he didn't want me to be around him because the life he was living. He was a hard crimanl and did 20 years in prisions. I probably would have went down the same path if he was in my life.

I will definitely say that it was a blessing for me not to have my father in my life. I never had any ill feelings about my dad and felt blessed. That absence allow me to strive for greatness. Later in life, I discovered , if we do not go deep within ourselves that absent parent does play a part in our lives. It’s like an invisible puppet, making the moves for us. So go deep within your soul, even if you don’t feel or believe an absent parent played apart because the soul knows that something is missing and is waiting for you to fuel it with your love

40:26 lol I’m not going to lie it does happen; my coach definitely didn’t like me and was willing to go just far enough that we wouldn’t lose (admittedly because of me largely). I averaged 9.1 yards per carry so he would sit me but he couldn’t sit me for long because of my skill level so I saw both sides of it; I got plenty of playing time but when it wasn’t a pinch and they didn’t need touchdowns, first downs, etc. they would sit me 🤷🏾♂️

Going through a break up right now out of an 11 year relationship. Wild to think of how it’s over. But it’s all about moving forward. I made mistakes. I could’ve done better. There’s always two sides to a story. But I know I can do better. If you’re reading this, I’d appreciate a prayer.

I'm relistening this podcast until I hammer it into my brain: stop playing a victim, stop relishing in validation for cracking jokes and being a smartass and telling them your sad story, this isn't getting you anywhere. Victim trophy won't get your girl an engagement ring. Victim trophy won't make you stop losing projects because you think that they don't like you after a few months, when instead they don't like you because you talk big, deliver little. If even that. And then you're surprised and act: world is against me. Victim trophy won't get you to stop losing your days to putting out fires, which run ablaze due to your negligence and lack of planning and executing. Victim trophy won't get you your 94 year old grandma to say "look at you, you're such a man now, me and your momma are so proud" when you're wasting time on foolishness to be busy and bsing to them over the phone. This is a rant from me to me. Much love everyone. Let's stop playing victims and accept responsibilities.
