Generational effect. When you hear of babies being born with mangled bodies and people dying from horrific birth defects, yes, the herbicide indeed becomes more horrible than Nerve Gas

As gruesome the nerve gas' effects are, Agent Orange left people maimed forever, cause cancer, the soil and water not apt for agriculture and human consumption, newborns from various generations with malformations, etc. Their effects are way nastier than nerve gas.
