Judith and Tony end up showing wide acting ranges as far as is acting is concerned. She was very good in " Transparent", Tony is very likable in " Raising Kanan", full of charisma. The grandmother seemed so charming all the time.

Staples of 80s sitcoms…if you started the show in a will they/won’t they as a premiss relationship….chances are it would be strung on forever. Also adding the last minute “child” when your original child cast begins aging up. Who’s the Boss did both. 😂

They killed the show and then tried to blame the people for not watching it. They killed that show… anytime that they move the timeslot of a show that had previously been successful. They purposefully killed the show and they always blame the shows for losing viewership when they are the ones who played with the viewership from the beginning I remember having a hard time, finding the show because it was one of my favorites.

Despite the us the fans (I watched from broadcast pilot to end) wanted to see Tony & Angela get married. It SUCKS production would allow it. TV Guide even printed a cover of (an alleged teaser)Angela expecting (but they were not married yet).
@davidfrederick6003

Despite Im not script write I thought up a series finale entitled "...Finally": Seeing the fan eager wedding of Tony & Angela. Two standout moments I thought about were: - Sam helping Angela with her dress, what not. Sam thanks for for being in her life and instead of continuingly calling her Angela she asks to change it to "Mom". The two emotionally, CRYING hug each other. - Johnathan just the same also tells Tony he always looked and thought of him as a dad - As the ceremony (almost) concludes and the minister says "if anyone shows just cause why these two should not wed let them be heard if for ever hold their peace", the camera slowly moves away from the ceremony to the front door and all hear the door bell. Johnathon runs to the door "I'll get it" (adding on) "I bet I know who it is". He opens the door, its Johnathon's father Michael. The tv audience does a massive "AAAH" on shock Both Angela and her mother Moana do a simultaneous yell "what the hell are you doing here". The audience does a laugh. Johnathon "I invited him". Michael "Johnathon informed me of the wedding but I can understand why you wouldnt want me here". Moana "you got that right". Johnathon says he wants the family to bury the hatchet with his father. Michael walks up to Angela takes her hand and congratulates her saying you belong with Tony. She hugs him. Tony vaguely jealous says a last "Oh-hey, Hey-Oh (audience laughs). He shakes hands with Tony. Michael goes to leave but Angela stops him turning to Tony and gets a affirmative nod asking him to stay. Johnathon smiles. During the reception. Michael approaches Angela & Tony giving them family tickets to an African safari as a honeymoon gift. Michael "Its the least I could for all the time I wasnt around for Johnathon. Moana (makes blows rasberries sound). Angela giggles and says thank you. Michael approaches Tony and thanks him for being in Johnathon's life when he wasnt. He then adds "if you think about giving Johnathon your last name Tony, I wont stop it As Michael leaves, Moana gets in his way.. She hugs him and he kisses her cheek.

Thank you for the info about the DVD release. I was wondering why they didn't have more than one season to purchase. This was a good show without all of the social norms they push in our face today.
