I’ve never realized this before until you started talking about your hair, but you would look fantastic with a short style-think Michelle Williams or Winona Ryder or Mia Farrow kind of pixie. Yes, short hair can be intimidating but done right it’s so feminine and flattering. And you have AMAZING bone structure and eyes that would pop with a short cut. Gorgeous ❤

Its true: in my 30s I started to notice how everything seems like 50 steps before actually doing what I want. I want to go running but first I have to: find clean clothes for running, find my running shoes, pack my small bag w essentials, make my hair in a way that doesnt go to my face while running, dont forget my sunscreen,start an app, decide about music, take everything my dog needs(bcs Im taking dog w me), check if theres any trash to throw bcs Im practical and I want to make that task when Im already going out of my house. Same w gym, pool, everywhere I go, or every activity I want to do requires 50 steps.

Hi. Regarding your hair. SATIN. Wear a sleep cap lined in SATIN. Kitsch has one I like. Makes a major difference in breakage and hair health. Also, satin scrunchies. Cotton ones pull your hair out. You can also wear a satin head wrap or a satin pillowcase. I’ve tried those but it makes me too sweaty. You will see a difference. Also, only use a wide tooth comb on wet hair. If you’re interested in vitamins. Flax seed in pill and also food form( sprinkled on yogurt) really helps with hair health. ❤ One more thing. Get rid of your hairdryer that’s also a brush. My hairdresser told me that they are the cause of so much hair loss. Invest in a good hairdryer and a ceramic brush.
@E_Marie__
6 ай бұрын
If the satin pillowcase makes you hot, you may want to try out a silk one! Pricey and more maintenance when washing (kind of a pain to wash actually lol), but the silk doesn’t make me hot and actually still feels cool to me in the morning! And I’m a hot sleeper lol ❤ I’ve never tried the caps so I can’t speak on those. But I love the Kitsch satin hair drying wraps too!

I’ve had alot of rejection! It’s def been redirection. When it happens, the pain oh the pain, i curse the universe and feel sorry for myself; sometimes for years! But yes, it’s been lessons and i’ve risen stronger from each and every one. Today I was reminded (when i was feeling sorry for myself that i’m single); that i don’t know 1 couple which relationship i would want with a partner. What does that mean? I gathered it meant that i’m trying to create something new and that’s does not come easy or quick. Or i could have just settled with Joe down the street. Like many of my friends did, feeling deeply unhappy and underappreciated right now. Done that. I know what i want and yes it comes with pain and lots of patience. That’s why most won’t do it. When you said you wanted a job, i was like: no? She’s suppose to do this! She can’t go back corporate 😅❤ my intutiton just screamed. And i need to trust that more for myself (it’s easier for other somehow? 😂?).

What helped me out a lot is taking biotin, collagen (I add vital proteins collagen powder in my coffee every morning), omega 3, and eating flax seeds. I also got a satin pillow case and bonnet. I have a ton of new growth now! The bottom of my hair still looks stringy and VERY thin, but you can see where my hair starts to get full from the new growth. I’m planning on chopping the bottom strands soon. Anyways, sending love and hugs! Thank you for sharing your life with us!

Here’s a song you might enjoy 😉 Start All Over Again" Take a step back, turn around Look at the world, crashed and down My, my, such a disgrace The damage is done, you can't replace it These are the things your mind will tell you These are the things your heart will say These are the thoughts that leave you hopeless These are the times you say There is no way, no way, no way But as long as you are breathing You can start all over again If your heart's beating You can start all over again Goodbye, sorrow You can start all over again Hello, tomorrow You can start all over Wake up to the perfect sun The long night is over, a new day has begun Oh, yes, dare to believe Mercy flows in the mornin' Your spirit is set free These are the things your mind will tell you These are the words your heart will say These are the thoughts that make you fearless These are the hands that point the way As long as you are breathing You can start all over again If your heart's beating You can start all over again Goodbye, sorrow You can start all over again Hello, tomorrow You can start all over Everything can change If all our things are new The impossible is here And it's cryin' out for you Everything is gonna work out right Just like we knew it would Growin' miracle after makin' it And it's workin' out for you, oh... As long as you are breathing... As long as you are breathing... As long as you are breathing... You can start all over again... If your heart's beating... Goodbye, sorrow... Hello, tomorrow... As long as you are breathing As long as you are breathing

Chelsea, what happened to your hair? (My hair is in the process of falling off because I experimented with a keratin treatment for a vlog 🙂↕️) OH & Chels!! I really love this “Night in a Life” vlog. I enjoyed just watching you hang out at home during the first half. It’s so relaxxxing. I mean, obvi cuz it’s you but don’t hesitate to do more. Even if you’re not following it up with a vlog of the next day. ❤ OMG I’m just in love with this vlog. My absolute fave! One day I will be at a Creator’s brunch LIKE YOU!! ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨

Chelsea!!! You have to check out the show “The Big Door Prize” it’s about a regular small town and one day the local store gets this picture booth looking thing and it tells you your potential in this lifetime. This video made me think of it and I think you would love it!❤
