Interesting how the two white ladies kept going over Curtiss's drug life from his early years, even mentioning his mother. Loved how he answered her by the way. Then the two Black females asked about his success. Funny how Joy mostly stayed out of it. Like 'oh I don't agree with this script'.

people like 50 arnt suppose to make it out the hood. they suppose to die in it. The simple fact tat he could make it out of queen alive, after being shot 9 times, stabbed another numerous of times, is nothing short of inspiring. I never hated 50, but i was never a big fan of him either....until recently. I hope people can take his story and use it as motivation.

@shaoiliu essentially its a rags to riches story. 50 cent was what we would call negative as a young man but now he has moved beyond that. the reason people constantly bring up his past is because no one can imagine living through those circumstances. drug dealer, shot 9 times, selling again, ...etc.
@chefawkes

@shaoiliu this is what america does. they gave him circumstances that he shouldve died from, and due to sheer luck in a lot of ways and hard work on his part, he became something in life -- THEN we wanna turn around and be like what an inspiring story, when rly the government and society could care less for niggaz like 50 who are from hood circumstances, and now we wanna be like LOOK ANYBODY CAN DO IT! when that is def not the case

@SaintsRow312 9 times dude. 9 times...i dont think most people understand what a miracle that is. ..like, people die with one shot. people get crippled for life with one shot. i dont know if he got shot 9 times in a row or not, im saying that anyone who gets shot 9 times, living in the gutter in Queens NY, should not have made it alive outta the hood. so its great motivation to see 50 make it.
