So glad to seeing this thing finally coming to life. Bodie was out of his element with electrification. A great coach builder, but this shows how letting the experts in their field do their work. Each did very well!

The motor on the Vok goes Buzz-Buzz-Buzz, Buzz-Buzz-Buzz., so Tim can be amused!" I dunno. I've been all excited about this EV-Vik, until I started seeing a lot of EV's catching fire and some of them explode. SO Not Cool
@EdOfTheNorth

3 completely different drivelines to make the wheels turn once, and over a million dollars invested only to put the main junction box right up front so that the smallest collision will destroy the entire car. It just doesn't make sense to me. I think electric vehicles are an absolute horror show and not worth the investment. If Tim gets 50 miles out of this thing he will be lucky. Oh and that much slop in the differential gears and the first time Tim punches it, those electric motors will rip that diff to pieces. And brand new u-joints are not supposed to make noise. Daaaaaaa.......

I wasn’t really thrilled when I saw this car was going electric (I think the novelty will run out quickly).. but hey, at least it was gonna be really cool design! Like Ford and General Electric and Grumman all got together to build the car of the future in the 30s.. lots of cast aluminum, brass and cotton braided wire, but I guess not.. Slap the Boyd wheels on and throw some lipstick on this pig, time to call it a day…
