Man, I can’t even realize the difference between the previous Viking and after remake

Skull Crusher now combo extends, it sticks them in the ground instead of launching them upwards. And when Viking reaches 100-150%, Twin Rampage becomes a barrage move and the rest of his moves deal more damage, have bigger hitboxes, and have better steering. So yeah there's quite a difference

As a Pre-buff Viking main, yeah, no, you're just blind: 1- Now it as actual combo extenders instead of one kind of unreliable up-close extender, two finishers and the most useless attack in the entire game (Skull Crusher used to launch people upward, that's U S E L E S S 95% of the time, 5% were those instances where you landed an uppercut off of it, and you had to use it on someone with less than 100% dmg or it didn't work.) 2- The passive (Get to ≤100% to activate, ≤150% for full buff. Basically gives more damage and speeds up your 1) sounds like not even a passive when Wraith/Demon/Hero can basically 100% pretty easily but if you catch any of those lacking with the buff on, it's basically the same damage range. 3- Even if it struggles a lot to recover from being launched off the map, you won't suffer that so much if you know how to defend and start combos reliably (Unless it's an B-tier character used by a sweat lord straight out of TSB, then start praying, twice as more if the guy has Wraith), making people weight if it's worth the risk while making them not feel like the character is basically broken once they get a mostly one-sided beat up, aka "It's literally just Little Mac".

Monk is better Recovery-Wise but Viking is better Damage-Wise
