Ingredients:
118 grams kataifi
1 tbs. Unsalted butter
1 tbsp. Tahini
200 grams + 2 tbs. Pistachio cream
10 ounce (283 g) semi sweet chocolate @aldi
1 3/4 ounce (50 g) dark chocolate @lindt
Cut the kataifi into smaller pieces, melt the butter and toast the kataifi until golden add the tahini and stir then add the pistachio cream and stir on low heat until combined, set aside!
In a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate in 40 seconds increments and stir until completely melted or if you prefer you can use the double boiler method
Spread some of the chocolate in what ever molds you have and place in the fridge for an hour to harden then fill with the kataifi mixture, speed the rest of the chocolate evenly l. Leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set and enjoy
