“ ALWAYS going to be a work in progress “ is a most accurate statement with archery. 👍👍 As a 73 year old archer ( bow hunting 60+ years) I’ve found myself and have seen in many other archers the inability to comfortably draw and hold easily and with control. NOT being in “ shooting shape “ IMO, is one of the main contributors to developing target anxiety. I hate the words “ target panic” because it may not be true panic. Just anxiety created by the need for you to fire the shot because you are not in shape. So you feel you need to fire the thing. Been there done that. Lower your draw weight to achieve easier control. It really works folks. 👍👍👀👀👀👀

Draw length is the number one thing for me it has to be right on for be to hold good Great info
