This video is amazing. Too often we think we are helping by narrowing choices to two or three. This person needs a place to live. We assume they need an apartment, we go look at the ads, eliminate the ones we think won't work, and present a few options to someone. Maybe the person could own their own house...but we never even told them that was a possibility. In our minds, they can't unless they have a certain amount of money, but is that really true? Even if it's true, why shouldn't they be aware of that as an option? They can eliminate that option themselves...or they can decide that they want to figure out how to have more money so they can pursue that option. I really need to evaluate if I am providing all of the vowels of choice! Thank you!
