Ayup! We're in Yorkshire again.
This time Phil, Ande, Nikita, Jake and myself are in the town of Heckmondwike, near Wakefield, and we're here to look at some amazing Victorian engineering remains.
In 1900, the 'Leeds New Line' (The Heaton Lodge and Wortley Railway) was built by the London and North Western Railway, and to complete the railway, they had to overcome some engineering headaches.
We'll be starting our walk in the smelly cutting of Heckmondwike, from where we will follow the line through Heckmondwike Spen station, below ground level and through the incredible arches of multiple bridges and tunnels.
We'll follow the line through Liversedge Spen, until we reach our final destination, Cleckheaton Spen station.
Here we look at 'Mann Dam" viaduct. It is no relation to Jean Claude, but the amazing structure did carry passengers across the valley, from the station, to Cleckheaton town centre.
I hope you enjoy the stomp!
