If they aren't ready for headlining the biggest venues, I don't know when. They are sounding spectacular!

They're good enough performers to do it and do it well, but now they need a big enough following to fill the seats - they need at least one mega hit song. Choke did well considering the state of the rock scene in general in 2021, but it is at what, 4.3m views on KZitem in almost 2 years? Certainly not bad, but considering a band like Spiritbox got double that many views for Circle With Me in the same time frame for a metal song, and they are also not headlining major venues, us fans need to be realistic. Halestorm and Three Days Grace were headlining but playing the same venue sizes as The Warning last year, and they have songs with tens or hundreds of millions of views on KZitem and around 2.5m monthly streams on Spotify for Halestorm and close to 10m monthly for Three Days Grace (The Warning has about 450k monthly on Spotify). To put that in perspective, one of my favorite metalcore bands is August Burns Red, and despite metalcore being fairly niche, they are pulling 900k monthly streams and have several KZitem videos over 10m (granted, they've been a band for a lot longer and have had more time to build a following, but it's metalcore). I think the success of this next album will indicate the trajectory for The Warning. If they keep making big steps forward in terms of their sound, technical abilities and popularity, they might be off to the races. However, if their numbers remain about the same, I think we can cool our jets on hoping to see their faces at the top of a poster for an arena tour anytime soon.

They say that your favorite Warming song is whichever one you listened to last. Their musicianship on this song is f**king genius level. Alè's bass is beautifully up-front in the mix and is locked in with Pau's kick - so tight! And Dani's guitar, holy shit, the little trills that she plays under her vocals are sheer heaven and make the song sound so full and rich. These girls (is it still okay to call them that?) need to release this concert as a live double album. The world needs this. THE WORLD NEEDS THIS!

The Warning has been releasing these high quality videos from this concert at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX 08/29/2022, one at a time. As a patreon, we get to see them before the rest of the world. Always remember to watch videos from The Warning's official KZitem channel, give them a like, share them and post a comment. That is the best way to boost The Warning here on KZitem to get the algorithm to recommend them to more people.

These shows from that weekend back in Aug of 2022, was personal highlights of their careers, to the date. First full play of their ERROR LP in entirety, and many previous tracks too. The entire show was proshot in UHD H264 80Mbps. & 48 Hz 384 kbps. Every song I have seen from these shows, Directed & produced by the Amazon film crew, are absolutely incredible to see & hear. Both shows was almost 2 hours each, and anything you see with the girls in black, is the first half. 2nd half they changed into all white. 2nd show differs from the first show as well. They have released 3 to the public. Enter Sandman, and Disciple are the others. Looking forward to your next TW reaction! 🤘

This is one of the few songs Ale uses a pick throughout. There are some that she switches back and forth between pick and finger style. I think she does that on Evolve. I would have liked the bass to be a little stronger in the mix, but Ale has it dialed in very well for the right tone. It fills in well under the lead riff. I don't think everyone appreciates how great Ale is at doing that. Obviously, you do. I think David Bendeth challenged her to use a pick more on the Error album. She had done a bit of it before that but she learned finger style first and it has taken her a bit of effort to adapt, I think. She can play faster with a pick if she back picks. That's a trick to master for someone who started out finger style. It took me a few months to be comfortable with a pick.

I have seen it stated in several places that Ale is a perfectionist with perfect pitch. I saw Pau talking about when they came back from New Jersey after recording the album that she and Ale had to work together on the timing and that Pau got really tired of how Ale would just turn around and give her a look whenever Pau got off time. Of course, they worked at it and got in synch and then let Dany join in again.

The only ego they have seem to be the healthy ego needed to do what they do.... more like well earned self confidence in knowing they are well prepared, that their songs are great and well received, and they are ready to rock!

I have to admit that Animosity was not in my favorites list on the Error album. This performance video, however, is off the charts. I can't stop playing it--I can't stop moving around when I do. As gman said, they filmed the entire show in this quality, and most of us are (impatiently) waiting for the rest to be released to the public. This is 90+% of the experience I had in the two live shows I went to last year. One in a small club, the other with Halestorm. The impact of their onsets you mention (similar to Alterbridge), on a proper live PA system, will stop you dead in your tracks. Thanks for your thoughts on this. Glad you look like you enjoyed it as much as all of us have.

Dany's guitar tone is mostly coming from her Kemper Profiler Stage pedalboard. She sends the main output to her Orange Pedal Baby, then to whatever 4 x 12 Cabinet she happens to be running or renting. Then, from the direct A/B stereo outputs from the Kemper to the left and right house mains. So whatever stereo mix settings on her pedalboard give such a huge sound, along with her mic'd cabinet.

Dany can achieve the clean tone and then dirty many ways. For example, she can start with the amp clean and control everything with overdrive pedals. The other is she can start with a dirty amp and just control the volume knob on her guitar. Another can be have a dirty amp and then play very gently to get a cleaner tome, which is something Sash does all the time and another which is what I think she does is a combination: start with a dirty amp, vol know a bit shy and play gently and when the energetic part comes play harder, open the whole vol knob and hit a stomp pedal to make the guitar scream.
