If you like this audio book check out "The Way of a Pilgrim" an old Russian story. It is about a pilgrim learning g how to pray ceaselessly. Amazing novel on the power of prayer.

It helps to bring yourself back into the present moment. By breath, by will. Every now and then go back to your senses. Touch, see, smell, hear... i used cold water outdoor swimming every day for one week to help bring my energy back into my body. All energy resided in my brain and it led me to continious thinking. I noticed that i was able become free of that by cold exposure.
