I always remember my oldest sister watching a lot of WB like ( wayans bro’s, sister sister, etc.). Lmfao it's weird to think I literally grew up with The WB. It was mostly my sister who loved shows like Dawson's Creek and Felicity, but I loved bits and pieces of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel back in the day too. It started when i was way too young to be watching it (I was only 7 in 1995) but as I got older and through middle and high school, it was the channel I probably watched the most. lo and behold, literally right when i'm mostly through my first month of college...the WB ends and the CW started.

Networks like NBC, FOX, CBS, ABC, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, The Hub, USA, Sci-Fi and many other channel’s brandings just hitted different back then, sure Nick brought back the Splat last year, and CN brought Toonami and their older shows back to weekday afternoons, and Adult Swim, but still it doesn’t just hit the same as it used to back then, it’s a shame that the world we live in now is full of shooters, rapists, corrupted cops, politicians and other people who are not even remotely nice, hell, Biden just stepped down just yesterday, and Trump, his predecessor just said some mean ass stuff - like Trump, my guy, you fucking got shot in the ear last Saturday, and Biden wished you and your family well and this is the way you treat him, wow. I wish that Kids WB had a similar farewell like this. It was a huge programming block that gave us wonderful shows like Batman, Superman, Animaniacs, Xiaolin Showdown, Mucha Lucha, and was the only channel running the english dub of Pokemon. Plus, it just felt so awkward that it was called Kids WB for two years after the network was changed to The CW. There wasn't any good show on that block either, except for Legion of Superheroes. The WB went out with a bang, Kids WB went out with a whimper.

This was officially the end of my childhood even though I just started my freshman year of college. At least in high school you have that big part inside you where you still feel like a little kid especially when you watch the shows that were still being replayed on the air at WB. After this, it really was time to say goodbye and become an adult. CW Network is trash too.

Even The WB have filled with pretty good actors (some of them have been absolutely amazing because of a fairly certain game show host, morning radio DJ and Little Big Shots host and a big movie careers) and pretty good cartoon characters (Looney Tunes and The Justice League for example).

Hello from the future. In 1 week Supernatural will air it's final episode. 14 years after the WB ended it's run. Supernatural was the next to last series from the WB to air. Smallville lasted 5 more years until Supernatural was the lone survivor until the pandemic of global proportions happened. Supernatural was originally planned to end in the Month of May.

Memories. One of Everwood alumns Treat Williams passed away last year and the final WB era show Supernatural ended in autumn 2020. These days, CW demographics was for really, really old people who try to be young again but its not gonna work this way.
