I love how Matt can pronounce absolute gibberish like it's a normal language
@dionje5TV
The duck one is actually understandable because it’s the fear of loss of sense of self, basically identity death. Much scarier when you put it this way.

Matt’s odd phobia is probably Furbies

It actually makes sense to be afraid if a jar of mayo starts approaching you

I have casadastraphobia. It's the fear of falling into the sky. Completely irrational and it started when i hung by my knees from the monkey bars in elementary school, looking down into the sky. Instant fear that gravity was going to switch and i was going to fall into an endless blue nothingness (I had no concept of outer space at this point) I've been stuck with it since

for at least 5 years now, i've had a fear that people could read my mind and think my intrusive thoughts are my actual thoughts

When that one guy said “This took me a while to realize this wasn’t the fetish thread” and I just imagined all of them as fetishes and it got real weird.

I had a friend who was afraid of people listening to her pee in a public bathroom. At the height of her phobia she would quite literally scream while peeing to cover up the sound. It was terrifying for me because I may or may not have a fear of bringing attention to myself and she would do this in public bathrooms. It always brought attention to us and eventually I realized that she was kinda insane

Can we all just appreciate how he always pronounces the misspelled words and random letters and screams the capitalized words

i love how they phrased it as "mayo approaches her" as if it has a personal vendetta against her and tries to seek her out and attack her

Used to have an irrational fear of finding a skinned and flayed corpse staring at me when I entered my shower.

I had a science teacher in high school who had a phobia of cotton balls. At first I thought it was stupid, but then he explained why it freaked him out. When he was a kid a large part of his finger/thumb was cut off in an accident. (they were able to sew it back on and it looked fine now) But what they used to stop bleeding at first was cotton balls. So now when he sees people playing with or picking apart the cotton he associates it with the memory as well as raw flesh being picked apart.

When I was 6, I spontaneously got afraid there was an alligator under my bed. Not a monster, an alligator. I ended up writing a letter to the alligator and putting it under my bed. This made the fear go away
