Thank you for this video. I use scarf joints in boat building and guitar building quit a bit, and I've always done them with a hand plane, or a router on a sloped jig. Now I will try the table saw approach. Thanks again!

Great jig! This will work PERFECT for pallet wood glue-ups! BTW, wood clamps may be inexpensive but they're not cheap either! Ha ha ha. Thank you very much for the neat job!

Thanks for sharing Tony. Yes, over the years I have build all sorts of scarf jigs. Some adjustable with quick cam-locks. However, my most used jig is the same. My only operational difference is I register the planks on a flat surface and mark the joint sides so I can make sure there is no slip. Then I use Waxed baking paper, .. no clean up required.
