I’m glad Mark was honest about the need for improvement in the strength and conditioning department. I didn’t notice the major difference in body-type and musculature until the Oregon game. Not sure if those boys were on steroids or what but their bodies were just… “different” compared to The Buffs. We watched our guys go extra hard in the preseason with Coach Mo so I’m just wondering what’s with the huge divide in gains.

Ummmmmm..... look at Oregon's roster and you will see quite a bit of upperclassmen. 👀 Meaning they've had 3 to 4 Years of Elite Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning at least 💪💯 No Roids needed buddy.😤 You can look up on KZitem Oregon's football facilities and see how they've invested in the program. Plus the Previous Head Coach which came from Bama btw 🐘 had their OL and DL recruiting classes loaded for a minute. CU will need more recruiting classes along with Off Season time in the weight room in order to catch up with teams such as Oregon, Bama, and UGA. 👀 It is what it is...🤷♂️ Rome was Not built overnight... 🍿✌️ Coach MO and Coach T are from UGA btw, so they know what they are doing. Just need the talent and time to create performance on the football field...... Mark Henry even stated himself in This video that it will take 3 to 4 years to create a change. IJS 🗣 Carry on.....

There a reason why the OC was head Coach at "Powerhouse Kent State". It meant he was not ready for Prime Time and the intricacies and nuisances of Power 5 Football. Colorado must ungrade that coaching position. Warren Sapp will be valuable addition to the coaching staff, but only if he can recruit, recruit, recruit. Michigan State and Clemson are imploding and several quality big Bodies are ready to jump ship. The key nowadays is the abilities to BUY a championship Team. Coach Nick has been doing it for years.🤔✔️

A point to be emphasized. You don't need to be "sick" to seek help. Just as you don't need to be weak to seek out the weight room. You don't need to be second team to seek position coaching for that extra edge in your play. And just as importantly, you don't need to have a bad attitude or be depressed to seek out mental techniques that can be used to improve your focus, discipline, and expectations. We're not taught these mental techniques as a part of normal living. But the champions seek them out because they ultimately improve your game.

Mark Henry is not on the strength and condition team, as he gets paid very well working for AEW. This is a situation where AEW was in town and CU staff or Coach Prime reached out to Mark Henry, who is from Texas and was pretty good player during his day, to be a guest along with bring 4 other members of the AEW roster with him (which I believe all of those there played sports up to high school or college, or was draft into some type of pro league). However, I do think that this will be on going relationship whenever AEW and CU are in the same place and Mark Henry is known for being willing to mentor people.

First and foremost, I want to acknowledge your overall record of 3-1, which is certainly commendable.Upon careful analysis of the devastating loss in your last game it becomes evident that the coaching staff, particularly OC Sean Lewis, played a significant role in the outcome.I must express my disappointment in Coach Lewis's limited offensive playbook. Six or seven plays simply cannot suffice at this level of competition. It is essential to understand that opponents have access to film, and they will exploit these predictable plays effortlessly. An OC at CU must rise above the limitations of a pee-wee team playbook and provide the team with a diverse and strategic offensive strategy. This sentiment extends to all coaches on the staff. It is imperative to treat the DC with the same level of accountability. Every member of the coaching staff must be relentless in their pursuit of improvement and success. The strength coach needs to step up and ensure that the athletes are physically and mentally prepared for the challenges ahead. It was painful watching the OL getting bull-rushed back into Dylan and him back into QB1(Sacks) Or getting tossed like a rag doll. Also, it is paramount for all coaches to make better decisions regarding player personnel. Coach Hart, I urge you to play linebackers, Bently and Juju, they are your best LB's.This level of attention to detail and the utilization of talent is crucial for a successful season. I want to reiterate my support and admiration for Coach Prime and the entire coaching staff, I am ride or die whether you win another game this year. However, everyone is accountable and must push for better performance. Adapting and rectifying the flaws in the coaching is necessary to ensure that this season does not become an arduous and unnecessarily more challenging one. With utmost respect and encouragement. Do better!! Reggie Gage

I think Prime needs another year to recruit the right talent. He has what he has. It's hard to coach size, speed, and strength. Yeah you want to go after WR, QB, DB, RB but they have to appeal to line men. Line men are pretty much overlooked, but if they' aren't performing, it gumms up the works.

Chicago, NYC Minnesota are frigid… four feet of snow melts before noon in Colorado. The sun is serious out there, don’t believe the hype.
