I then remembered I left a box of my treasured possessions in a box in my bedroom, but put it behind the door. It was supposed to be the last thing I carried to my car. When I realized I was missing the box, I was told that nothing was left behind. 🤬 That pen was from a fiancé and meant a lot to me 😢 So $200 for a pen? Not bad at all.

I upgraded to the metal barrel ones 2 or 3 years ago, and now everyone tries to steal my pen whenever I let them borrow it. I NEVER leave them alone with it and always make sure to get it back before they leave the vicinity. It's only about $7 for 2 of them, but I still never let go of them.
