the number 1 bulking mistake is believing that as long you're in a bulking phase u just gotta eat everything to gain 4k calories whilst u only burn 2.5k... just eat 2.8k-3k max and you're fine and stick to lean protein, veges and good carbs

I enjoy cooking, trained as a chef and can eat what i want without weight being an issue, 18% (ish) fat, 40, just starting my fitness journey. Pancakes, savoury and sweet, low or high calorie, main meal or snack, batter mix can last a week in the fridge... Duck, Ham and Cheese, Banana (fritters), honey and lemon...

This might sound outlandish but if it’s really tough for you to gain weight, I suggest drinking a gallon of milk a day aka GOMAD

I deleted my old comment recommending you dirty bulk, because I thought back to my own dirty bulk last year and remembered how much unnecessary fat I gained along the way. Definitely lean bulk, slow and steady, but in your case, you can def err on the side of slightly too many calories rather than not enough.

Please make a bulking video aswell. That is my achiles heel as I dont seem to gain much of any muscle anymore even though its only my 9 month training... Think Im eating too few calories, but I have a really hard time eating enough and when Im hungry, I sometimes just ignore it because Im too lazy to go make food.

@@MMKnight_1 starting the day packing in as many calories as you can helps if you are struggling to eat. Drinking calories helps, oats, fruit, protein shake, full fat milk.

im 180cm at 70 kilo.. going above that sucks bad. been eating untill I puked.. so that makes eating not fun anymore.. trying to get weightshakes but they dont seem to work at all. im at 3k callories a day.. I can lose like 2 or 3 kilos by just sleeping.. dafuq

3000cal is not enough Don't compare weight at different times of the day, compare morning to morning If you can't eat enough comfortably, change the foods you are eating to higher calories lower volume
