While I like those items I don’t want to eat only that for a week, especially if I’m only doing a quick service meal trip. I’ve had some good quick burgers but I’ve also had some that were practically water with a little meat thrown in. I also hate how just about every kids menu is basically just chicken tenders, burger, pizza, hot dog, fries, apple slices and drink. People from other countries visit and that’s not what their kids are eating and if you’re at Chefs de France why not serve kid friendly versions of the food, or gasp serve what the French kids eat, instead of the same things. I know as a kid I would’ve gotten sick of eating the same three things for a week.

@@jacestringham7022 In Disneyland Paris finding food is a quest on itself. Seriously. I went last year and there are basically no food options at the Studios park that aren't cookies or hamburgers, except the Ratatouille restaurant, but that's often filled up. We couldn't get in, at least during our three say stay. Meanwhile at the Disneyland Park, restaurants close around 17:00! When my group wanted to eat first we searched Frontierland and then Adventureland and finally found the quick service Hakuna Matata where we had to quickly eat something because they were closing too! In total we encountered five closed restaurants! During the day it's not really a problem, there are great sandwiches at Main Street, but diner is a problem. Disney Village's restaurants, outside the parks, were open. And we ate there most of the time. However, when you are looking for something else than burgers and fries, you options are limited. The best options in the burgers and fries department are 50/60s themed Annette's, which has waiters on rollerskates(!), and Five Guys (which annoyingly is just outside the security check). I haven't checked out the hotel restaurants, which you can freely visit too, but if it's your first trip to DLP finding decent food options is kind of hard. And I haven't even gone into the insane wait times counter services can have! One of our group wanted to buy a drink bottle at a stand at Studios and while he was third in line we had to wait no less than 10 minutes (I actually timed it).

@@jacestringham7022 Well, Disney might spend money on Paris, but that's after 20+ years of mismanagement. Currently they still are renovating rides that haven't gotten too much attention over the years. And those can take a stupid amount of time, like the 1.5 years Phantom Manor renovation. But still the food factor could be a massive money maker. No idea why they don't use it. Their high class restaurant Walt's on Main Street has been closed for two years, I think. It's really makes me sad when I think about Paris's potential that is just squandered.

I was at Disney World back in March 2020 and found they have added some different items to the menu! I always get a kids meal and do my research ahead of time so I know what dishes each place has. I always like getting my obligatory mac and cheese kids meal with the occasional chicken nuggets meal, but like getting something different. If you just wander and decide where to eat as you go, you will definitely think Disney only offers hamburgers, hot dogs, etc. Researching ahead of time will definitely help to add variety to your meals, and not being afraid to divide and conquer!

One of the cast members at the launching pad gave me a soft pretzel for free because it was birthday. I was at MK alone that day and it honestly made my day. I almost cried. I will always love the launching pad.

Worst restaurant I've ever been to is Coral Reef at Epcot, its so pretty inside but the food is horrible! 😩 Everytime we go to Magic kingdom we have to at least dine at Liberty tree tavern during our 2 week stay! I've been going to Disney every year for the last 10 years & I have never notice that pizza place lol I'm going to get hate for this but i don't know what the big hype is with Tony's (food), maybe it was what I had there, but i was disappointed last time i went.

Absolutely! My family all went to coral reef on our last visit. It was horrible. The only good part was that both the server and the manager felt so bad that we got non-expiring fast passes from both of them and one of our meals was free.

We love the torture tavern seating area, even though I’m pretty sure none of us have actually eaten there. We went with family friends recently who had a 3 year old so it was a good spot to sit when she was napping, needed a snack break, couldn’t ride a ride we were going on, and we all stopped to go to the bathroom there instead of the Pirates bathrooms bc they were very clean and hardly ever crowded. Such a great seating area but I don’t know that any of us have eaten anything!

Haha, sometimes autocorrect makes some funny corrections. “the torture tavern”. Still laughing about this a few minutes later, don’t know why (guess I’m easily amused today). They do have clean bathrooms it seems, at least every time I’ve gone there.

I’d go for Rosie’s before Fairfax because they have this awesome pizza + salad + cookie and soda combo!!! Yes the pizza is very basic and not amazing but it’s a great deal!

We went to Tortuga Tavern to go to the bathroom after Big Thunder Mountain at 9 a.m., and then ate Dole Whip elsewhere. We went to ESPN after our flight in when we were staying on the Boardwalk. Rix: Why even rate a quick grab & go?! $235 on a meal?! *spit take* I barely remember Jiko, but it was too stuffy for me.

OMG JUKO .... I'M IN LOVE. BEST! i was there for my b-day and they did EVERYTHING you can think of. We didn't say anything about my bday. I had a birthday button and no one was saying anything... BUT shortly into the dinner EVERYONE who walked by was saying something. It was really cool. It's like they wanted me to think no one cares about my button. they gave me a dessert and sang also. FOOD IS AMAZING. FUN!

Here’s a positive I’ve found for Sunset Ranch Market! If you’re not bothered about anything exciting, they will put your food in a takeaway box if you ask. My family often go there before grabbing seats for fantasmic and it’s genuinely one of the favourite parts of my holidays

hold up. had to pause the video at the Everything Pop part. totally don't agree with the Yelp reviews. I don't remember the last bad meal we had at Pop. the pot roast there is my favorite QS meals at Disney. the food court, access to Skyliner, and relatively quick bus transportation (and not to mention the price) make Pop my family's favorite resort.

agreed, it's beyond a 'school cafeteria'- save that for Cosmic Rays's at MK, or the Electric Umbrella at EPCOT

Maybe I’m sentimental, but I’m offended at Cafe Rix. My husband and I stopped there every morning before the parks. We’d get a grab and go snack, coffee, fill up our waters and we on our way. Yeah it’s no character breakfast, but for grab and go- not big breakfast eaters (like us) it was perfect and pretty good. 5 stars from me

No clue how this sort of intellectual property works, but I feel like the writers of the quoted reviews deserve some sort of a hat tip or credit.

Well done. As always. We are going in November and will want good food but also want to be as safe (and feel as safe) as possible. Would love a video on best restaurants with outdoor seating, which is probably better than indoors during the pandemic.

I’ve never been to Victoria & Albert’s, but the harpist played at my Disney-themed wedding at Shades if Green, and she was amazing! Also, I am surprised that the Rix Spirts Bar & Grill at Coronado Springs didn’t make the bad-review list. We’ve eaten at many places in WDW, and this was by far our worst experience with both food and service.

I mean my favorite thing in these videos are the commenters that will cry in the comment section about how much they disagree with a review, as if their experience is more valid and trumps the negative reviews! You'd think grown adults would realize that not everyone has the same tastes, likes the same things, or experiences the same things all the time, but apparently not. 🤷🏻♀️

I will say even though in a way it does seem like a Cafeteria at Everything Pop, but it has a few good plant based options, like a massive impossible burger I had. In general the sandwiches are massive so don't be surprised, and they definitely give you your money's worth imo.

I totally agree! Colonel Hathi's Pizza Outpost was my favorite, alongside the Mexican restaurant Fuente del Oro. These restaurants had really good food, the pizza was delicious and the decorations and Mexican dishes at Fuente were absolutely amazing!
