For the title, I thought it was the kind of video talking about the crime rate in certain areas or something like that, but I saw you chose a different point of view. Yeah! For us, a neighborhood can be the best or the worst one, depending of our expectations and needs. For some people, certain areas are better because they are less expensive and more secure, even if they are located too far from Downtown, other people prefer to prioritize living in a strategic point, others prefer to live far from the noise of the venues, etc. When I moved to Austin, in April 2022, during the first month I lived in the northwest, between The Domain and Cedar Park. For me it wasn't convenient because I was far from Downtown and I had only one bus option (and I had to take a 30 min walk to go to the parade). At least I had an HEB just two blocks near home. Luckily, in May 2022 I could move to North Loop, actually that was a casual discoverment when I was looking for new options on Airbnb. In comparison with my first place, now I can take the bus to go everywhere.... well, not everywhere... sometimes I take Uber or Lyft to complete my road in order to reach certain areas out of Capital Metro coverage area. In North Loop there are old and new houses and condos and here you can find people from different ages. There are different local businesses here and Epoch Coffee is very popular in this sector... yeah! that is the place I always set as meeting point and sometimes I also bring my laptop to do my work on weekends. Cheers :)

Can you compare all the big cities in Texas(Dallas, Austin, Houston) in a video? I think a lot of people moving to Texas are struggling with the choice.

I don’t know too much about those cities and my channel is more focused on digital nomad topics and some videos on Austin so I’m afraid branching out like that would be too far from my niche 🥲

Where would you recommend to live as a young professional if I'm gonna be working in Bee Cave? Don't want more than a 20 min commute. Also I knew a girl in college with your same game but she was white lol

I think you were spot on with all the places except the domain. Ive lived here for over 2 years and its crime free, clean not alot of homeless people and bar/clubs and food were a less than 6min walk for me

Hey! I just got my real estate license not too long ago and I have an opportunity to join brokerages in the lake Travis area and Cedar Park. If you had to pick between the 2 not only for business but for being a 24 year old trying to meet new people what would you recommend?
