Breaking down this shoulder workout!!! what’s completely unnecessary, and what you SHOULD do instead! Do you agree? Disagree? Let me know in the comments below! Reminder ill be in TEXAS this weekend for the American Fitness Expo! Come say Hi! I’m offering one on one training as well!!
@tylereaton914

What's completely unnecessary is the 42 set I mean 24 set session! Like you said you could knock it out in 4 different exercises! The one that killed me was the holding the dumbbells out and walking🤦. How about just standing there and doing partial side laterals like you touching the door frame.

Jonni can u give me some advice on something? I tried using my uncles POS weight lifting set that has 2 short bars for weights to be placed on and a 6’ long 1, the weights r 2.5lbs/5lbs/10lbs each. I believe my 1rm for chest presses is 50lbs/arm or more. But I ran into an issue. U said many times that form and steadiness is important when working out. I can’t keep even 5lbs/arm steady much less heavier. I can push 50lbs/arm to the sky and safely bring it back down, but I’m doing just as much flailing as I am moving the weight as intended. My fine motor controls have always been shit but I feel like maybe my fine motor controls r a lost cause and r unsalvageable. Wat shud I do? Is there exercises where unsteadiness is actually fine? Do I need a personal trainer to teach me something I don’t understand and need to be steady like u? All I know is ur lv of steadiness is just a dream for me rn.

PRO Technique vs BRO Technique. Good stuff, Jonni. That Egyptian Lateral Raise is such a good exercise... I'm glad you picked apart his poor form and not the exercise. Ego lifting. One tip I learned long ago was to simply try to flex the muscle using perfect form and then just add weight. Keeps you working the muscle with exercise instead of working exercises using any muscle at random to move weight.
