I am from the Caribbean and we grow all our ginger. We even use the leaves to make tea! If you grate the ginger you get more out of even a little. I include it in all my smoothies. I prefer to grate it in my stir fry vegetables because the flavor is more evenly distributed among the veggies and you don’t bite into solid ginger. Another top; don’t peel ginger, just take a knife or spoon and scrape off the skin, it’s paper thin. Enjoy

I've been using Ginger to help control my congestion especially when I eat too much dairy. For over a year now, not sure how long, I've been adding it to my coffee and I just love it. Sometimes I cut it in small pieces and chew on them while I drink the coffee and if there's anything left sometimes I save it for the coffee for the next day and it works fine😊. But recently I've been juicing it and that works real good too.

I love ginger. I like jamaican-style ginger ale which is extremely strong and has Ginger oil added to it. And actually burns your lips a little bit and sometimes burns your throat as it goes down but it tastes so good and I love it when my lips burn from Ginger. I love the way ginger smells. I also like ginger in cookies. One of my favorite cookies contains pieces of candied ginger. I also like ginger chews. One of my favorite ginger chews combines Ginger with peanut butter. It's very good. The strangest thing is that I don't like spicy stuff but I love the taste of ginger. It's not the same thing as spice. And it does help an upset stomach. It's also great for nausea. I've never cooked with ginger and I've never actually handled raw ginger. I wouldn't know what to do with it. But I love candied ginger. Great info! I will add a very important point to the many great points in the video; Due to how potent ginger is, dosage and quality really matter a lot. Some people respond to smaller amounts, while others barely notice anything. For example, capsules dont do the things I want ginger to do for me. However, if I combine capsules with raw ginger, it, will enhance the effects. Further, seek organic ginger if you can. I have been far luckier with potency with organic vs non-organic ginger.

I started using ginger 45 years ago. Made tea and used for muscle recovery after an aerobic workout. Just a cup of ginger tea. Later I used it for motion sickness (car and sea and other spin motion sickness). When I caught a cold, I would make a ginger-lemon tea. Then when cooled slightly add natural honey. As learned more about the ginger root, I grated it into foods, and salads as a seasoning.

(HUG)He loves you so much, He came to save you. He is so patient with us. Our suffering produces endurance, character, and hope, God is faithful always faithful. GOD BLESS YOU Isaiah 53:5-11 New Century Version 5 But he was wounded for the wrong we did; he was crushed for the evil we did. The punishment, which made us well, was given to him, and we are healed because of his wounds. 6 We all have wandered away like sheep; each of us has gone his own way. But the Lord has put on him the punishment for all the evil we have done. 7 He was beaten down and punished, but he didn’t say a word. He was like a lamb being led to be killed. He was quiet, as a sheep is quiet while its wool is being cut; he never opened his mouth. 8 Men took him away roughly and unfairly. He died without children to continue his family. He was put to death; he was punished for the sins of my people. 9 He was buried with wicked men, and he died with the rich. He had done nothing wrong, and he had never lied. 10 But it was the Lord who decided to crush him and make him suffer. The Lord made his life a penalty offering, but he will still see his descendants and live a long life. He will complete the things the Lord wants him to do. 11 “After his soul suffers many things, he will see life and be satisfied. My good servant will make many people right with God; he will carry away their sins.

In the evenings, a nice hot cup of ginger tea even on the hottest night, was surely helping us to have profound uninterrupted sleep! For lunch, and at many social gatherings ginger-beer was a must. Besides it was one of the most affordable drinks and tea we had. At Christmas, you must have ginger! My mom used to use ginger in preparing meats and gravies!😋😋😋😋 Now living a long way from home, I hardly ever have any form of ginger. I just bought some but as usual, the quality is just not the same! Let's all drink a bit of ginger everyday! If you have the space, please plant some and share! Thank you🙏🏻
