This is a dramatic reading of the first chapter of Charlie Chaplin's autobiography, originally released in 1964. This part chronicles the early beginnings of Charlie, his mother's decline on the stage and the beginnings of their lives in poverty.
I realize this may not be perfect. I am not actually from England so my british accent is not perfect, but hopefully you get some enjoyment out of it. I also included pictures, but since this is the earliest of Charlie's life there aren't many actual pictures of his childhood so most of it is just pictures of London from around the same era.
