Working :
*An impulse on the push button s1 excites the coil km1 which causes:
-its self-feeding.
- the excitation of the km3 and k2Q coils.
- motor starting in star connection.
- Five seconds later, the K3M time delay relay contacts change state resulting in:
- the de-excitation of the coil K2Q.
- the excitation of the coil k1Q.
- motor coupling changes from star to delta starting and complete.
*an action on the push button s0 or a thermal relay function (F1) de-energizes all the coils and the motor stops.
-An action on the push button S2 excites the coil KM2 which causes the same cycle described above with a reversal of the direction of rotation of the motor (in fact there is a reversal of two phases in the power circuit).
REMARK:
the KM1 and KM2 contactors must be electrically and mechanically interlocked
as well as K1Q and K2Q to prevent short circuits.
