Yay a new shoulder video, definitely going to try this over the weekend! Nagging shoulder impingement issue in one shoulder ,which has actually been MUCH improved now from doing routines on this channel few times a week, in terms of both reduced pain and increased mobility. I was curious if you had any thoughts about incorporating hanging, like a dead hang for seconds/minutes at a time, for shoulder health. Yay or Nay? P.S: the black polish looks great!

Typically Nay since it tends to cause upper rib issues and the symptoms that come with it including neck tensions and tingling in the hands.

I used to have tingling in my pinky and ring finger many years ago, and after going to a Chiropractor, he claimed it was due to very tight pectoral muscles, which he did ART. I only saw him 2 or 3 times and then I just stretched on my own. Fast forward to now years later, no tingling in fingers but my right shoulder is seriously messed up, in terms of impingement I believe. It's funny how it's totally fine and strong if I wanna lift stuff it's just if I get it in certain type of rotation... ouchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, pain, weakness, etc.@@HEALWellnessandTherapy
