Shalom Rabbi. Your righteous indignation fuels our Emuna, shaping the Remnant into a sharp sword of Hashem. We are blessed to hear your words tear through the fog of a world in full rebellion. As is the Light marshaled on Mt. Moriah, you bathe in the stream, and infuse Moshiach with the zeal that He is now mustering, to strike down every system of man that violate the Laws of Elohim. Jerusalem unite!

At 22 minutes, “The Torah is not a history book.” From Bereshit in The Stone Edition of The Chumash, bottom of page in English foot notes, “We begin the study the Torah with the realization that the Torah is not a history book but the charter of Man’s mission in the universe.” Baruch HaShem

Rabbi, I faced the same predicament once, it bothered me. The resolution is taking time for others to be kind when another person lingers in my presence. And when another person is doing nothing, standing there, is possibly standing in awe of Hashem. Our time, our money, everything is Hashem’s. Hashem guides each moment, each resource, our everything. We love Hashem with our everything. With our will, we can choose to align our will with the Will of Hashem. We take these moments, these dollars, these homes, and choose to be gracious and kind and let the Will of Hashem rule. B**H

Spiders are very useful. Not only do they kill pests like flies, by catching them in their webs, but their webs themselves can be used as a temporary "bandage" when one is cut or scraped outside. Although extremely light with thin strands, individual strands are very strong, indeed. I love spiders & if possible, will release them outside rather than kill them inside.

Sincere TeshuvaH and unconditional Good Deeds left and right and sharing of oneself and what one has and caring for everyone and living “love thy neighbor” no matter who the neighbor is buys time as it were as per “charity saves from death.”

The difference between our ancestors in the desert and now is that they had to WORK!! They had duties. They were in SURVIVAL MODE. Gathering wood. Finding food. Cooking food. Taking care of the camp. The tent , the sacrifices. Prayer. Today we are NOT in survival mode. Everything has done done for us. We flip a switch we have light , heat, food is at the store we don’t have to find it. We can now work from home. Order food from home. We have become LAZY !! Most canny live without a cell phone in their hand. When I was growing up there were no cell phones. I lived most of my adult life without such a thing. Now people panic if their phone was left at home or it’s not working it’s a tragedy. 🙄

How did they live 40yrs in the desert? That generation knew nothing but total and complete dependence on G-D. Sadly todays generation can’t tie their own shoelaces.

I like the explanation of the spider’s web that protected King David. You’re the first rabbi that has acknowledged that the Holocaust had to happen. My question to that, is, were we a people who were chosen to suffer the most? God wasn’t happy with his creation and destroyed

Why did the flood happen if Hashem didn’t make a mistake? Are you saying that evil is a necessity to balance the scales? I like the metaphor of the spider, in which a small spider was able to protect God’s favorite King David from being captured. However, knowing that God wanted the to Holocaust to occur is really hard to accept. You’re the first rabbi who has admitted it and unfortunately I agree with you. Does Hashem have feelings the way people do because if he doesn’t it’s going to be very challenging to live a life full of meaning and purpose because Hashem’ expectations are at a very high standard!

Here is a question as we start the finial week to The arrival of Shavout! We know that when Moshe came back with the tablets, 10 Commandments from HaShem, as Joshua escorted Moshe to greet the HeBrews, what Moshe saw in the behavior of the HeBrews angrier him so much he verbally punished them, then Throw the tablets he, and HaShen created smashing then into the golden calf idol Aaron allowed Dathane to have built! So New Rabbi, with no tablets after Moshe went off on the HeBrews, he had yo travel back up to HaShem to Prostate himself before HaShem to rescue the HeBrews from HaShem’s punishment, and receive a second set! This means The Counting of The Omer has to be redone, and Shavuot was a complete failure. You cannot receive what was destroyed? With all this being know how to we properly do the redo?

Rabbi, I have had, what I believe is a very unique experience, and my experience with the evil eye is one of them. I am concerned that Israel, a nation above the law, not subject to natural laws, as long as they don't cloak themselves within them, may cast an evil eye on their enemies and those that look like them, and what if that action is keeping Moshiach away? Of course, I would never say that is happening, but how do you know your enemy without creating one? Is there Talmudic wisdom that saves a jew from the dark side of standing up for your G-d and for your land and for your brothers and sisters? Are the Jews well versed in the appropriate way of self protection? What can I do about it? I plan to pray, on my Hebrew birthday, that HaShem will show, or remind, the children of Israel, or me, the best way to protect one's self, the best way to know one's enemies without creating more, but, is there some awesome wisdom from the sages about self protection?
