Highly processed food, stress, late night doom, scrolling on the phone and lack of good quality sleep lowers testosterone. You have to be in a chill state of mind you have to be rested like a mountain gorilla.

Any reasonably intelligent person can know what a family doctor knows. Mind you I'm not talking about a specialist. Do you think your family doctor goes home and researched the latest info on YOUR condition? Hell no...but YOU will right? Of course !

The doctors say that you are testerone levels are okay when they are not because this is what they are taught in textbooks at medical school. While science is progressing textbooks will take many years to change. Many medical practices that doctors still use are outdated. It can 30 years to see changes in textbooks.

I went in when I was 21 and at 27, now 29. Both times it was around 200ng/dl. Total test was in low range. Never gave me any advice besides loose weigh and stop eating red meat. Basically I said fuck you and I haven't been back. I spent thousands of dollars in test and I even had a mri done of my pituitary gland. But they still wouldn't offer any other advice. I weighed 230 each time and I'm 6'3. I'd say that's normal for a grown as man that lifts weight and eats lean cuts of beef every day.

In healthcare, when diagnosing, be it as a doctor, a psychologist, a dentist etc, there are steps. Firstly, you get all the hard information, background, demographics, education, the concrete background facts. Secondly, you assess the quickest, most easily and cheaply assessible signs while the patient tells you their symptoms (signs are manifestations of medical issues that the diagnosed can see while symptoms are the manifestations the patient feels feels.) Then, you come with differentials, all the possible diagnoses that explain your patients signs and symptoms. Then you pick one diagnosis that is most likely first, and run tests to confirm or not confirm it. In your example. The doctor will check your signs that are immediately and easily observed. He will then ask you for your symptoms. If a doctor didn't go with your low testosterone theory and went a different route, it was because based in your signs, low T wasn't the most likely diagnosis that best explains your signs and symptoms. If you stick with that doctors process, if it is low-T, you'll quickly get to that after a couple other possible diagnosis were checked. When one goes to a medical professional, you should give your background, med list, symptoms, and signs in the most vivid detail possible. Dont waste time thinking of all the possible diagnoses, thats the docs job, by telling yourself, "its just low testosterone" you are making it harder for the doctor to do his work.

I don't have a low, Testosterone, but i'd like to say something on this. Most of the doctors I've encountered now days are females I really don't think a female should speak a word about male anatomy. Females in general tend to work In the medical field more than men So it's no wonder men in this country, Are having mental health and, Testosterone problems. Females should have female doctors and, men should have men doctors.

Credit where credit is due... It might be a mistake... But you realize that there are 17,532 hours in a 2 year period right? They're not even spending 1% of that time studying new content in their field of expertise. On average they would spend 146 hours in the bathroom in 2 years... They spend more time in the bathroom than they are required to spend studying new information in their field 😂. I love statistics.
