Great whites don't eat people, most shark attacks involving them are the result of the shark mistaking the person for a seal or giving a 'test' bite to see what they are. It's why great whites pretty much never actually eat the victims of their attacks, they just don't consider humans food. My point being is that if they DID eat humans there's little doubt in my mind that they wouldn't knock boats over. It's not that they don't know they can't, it's that they have no motivation to do so.

So true. Orcas are very intelligent, the way they hunt seals ive seen in documentaries, working in packs, using waves to tip the ice the seal is napping on, and other tactics, they plan it together ,well organised social creatures, also have good memory too, like recently some Orcas in a specific area started attacking boats which is probably for revenge or they remember a boat did something bad probably to one them or are causing them distress or harm, Ive watched videos of orcas do awesome tricks in aquariums ,if humans were on the menu like seals you wouldn't be able to swim in the water were they're located, at all because they're so intelligent. As you probably already know too they eat sharks like tiger and big great whites sharks like this one for breakfast ,literally, and specifically they're liver and then discard the whole carcass ,because the liver is like a super food to them it's got lots of vitamins and nutrients in it. Theyre real apex predators of the sea. Great Whites are still majestic predators too though , no doubt id be in awe of them if i ever saw one in real life.
