Wife and Iearned a long time ago how important a "clean diet" is. We eliminated all processed foods about twenty years ago. Once you eliminate them you don't even crave them after a month or so. We both lost over 20% of our body weight and have more energy than we did 30 years ago. My sister in law, her husband, and step son all passed in the last 5 years. They were late 40s to early 60s. Ate 90% of their meals at restaurants and had the worst diets. They would spend the weekend and between the two of them go through a half gallon of flavored creamers. Sad

For salad dressing, I highly recommend learning to make a vinaigrette (EVOO, vinegar of choice, mustard of choice, salt & pepper) and going from there. You can make it dry or sweet based on sugar added or not, you can add other spices or change an ingredient or the balance to dial in the flavor, and you will dodge some of the terrible ingredients found in premade dressing.

I agree with you.i live in a suburb in eastern l long island NY after heavy rains they close the beaches dues to pesticide wash off the lawn, gardens and golf courses because its too toxic to swim in it. Also the devastation of shell + crustacean at our shore line. its gotten so bad the fishermen converted to tourism taking 50 paying people per boat, gambling who catches the biggest fish because maybe 4 fish will be caught (90% caught fish have to be thrown back). Older people are 80+ tell me in their childhood dinners were free food from the ocean, fish, muscles, clams, crabs and oysters. they went to the shoreline and beaches, maybe a row boat or tiny motor on boat. Now millionaires McMansions took over most of the shoreline that are not publicly beaches, with their super toxic plant food + pesticides, and mini yachts leaving oil slicks in their wakes.

Taking vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 together is recommended due to their synergistic relationship. Vitamin D3 directs the absorption of calcium from the intestines into the blood, while vitamin K2 takes it from there, directing that calcium into the bones. This helps to ensure that calcium is absorbed easily and reaches the bone mass, while preventing arterial calcification.
