I think Brett Favre has two records that will never be broken: first, the consecutive starts--no one will ever be good enough to start every game for 20 or more years, or be as durable. His second record is the interception record--no quarterback will ever play as long as he did and throw that many. Of course it was offset by how many touchdowns he threw, and how many games he won, but no one else will be around long enough to challenge those records.

You got a couple things wrong in the video, The niners won their SB in 84 which game them a record of 18-1(it’s also the best record matchup between 2 teams in the Super Bowl) The longest losing streak in NFL belongs to the cardinals with 29 but post NFL-AFL merger it’s bucs and also the jaguars have 20 game losing streak which puts them behind the bucs for 2nd most post merger, anyways love vid

i often get recommended channels with almost no subs and no views, and they're most of the times GARBAGE, this time i just saw a videos title "hy are NFL Games Played on Sundays? It's Complicated" and i clicked, really enjoyed it, i then got recommended 2 more videos by the same channel. it was then i thinked to myself "i really enjoys this dudes content, let me give him a sub" i then noticed that this channel is 2 weeks old and only has less than 500 subs, and i went WHATE!?!?!?, i was stunned ´by the quality of your content considering the size of your channel. great work man, and i can't wait to be one of those saying "i was here before he hit 500 subs" when you hit 1 mil. :D

I was hoping they would show Norm Van Brocklin's single game passing yardage record. Early in the 1951 season he threw for about 560 yards in a game against, I believe it was the New York Yankees. Hasn't been broken yet.

A minor editing quibble but the ‘84 Niners lost their one game in the regular season and won their Super Bowl. With a 17 game regular season, going undefeated is not likely, but does not take a great leap of imagination for a team to do it. I would not be surprised if it happened.

** Correction** - The 1984 Forty Niners were 15 - 1, and were not undefeated going into the playoffs. They finished 18 - 1 because they actually won the Super Bowl that year. The video is mistaken. BTW, I'm not a Patriots fan, lol. The Patriots ended up 18 -1 but were 16 -0 in the regular season and then won 2 playoff games to go 18-0, while the Dolphins were 14-0 in the regular season and then won 3 more games, including the Super Bowl to go 17 - 0. The perfect season record for the 72 Dolphins, while being accurate, is still less games won by the Dolphins than consecutive games won by the Patriots in one season. The Pats went 18 - 0 but then lost an upset game in the Super Bowl to the NY Giants. The Pats actual won more consecutive games in one season, they just happened to lose the last and most important game, the Super Bowl. That's going to be a tough record to break and because of the different lengths of the seasons, it can be hard to measure the success of different teams. Now, the NFL season is 17 games in the regular season so it would take a team 20 wins to beat the Dolphins record. It's not quite the same thing.

Good video my man, but you got it wrong about the 84 49ers, They won the SuperBowl that year to go 18-1. Also, while TB12's 7 SuperBowl wins will never be matched, He also owns practically every QB record there is, and none of those will likely be broken either!

I know another record which will never be broken which is a SB record the fewest number of passes thrown in a SB which is 7 by Bob Greese. Also there is the most ints thrown by a rookie QB which is Peyton Manning I see that record never being broken anytime soon. Also the 85 Bears finished 18-1 after winning SB XX. Not to mention Brett Farve's two records that were mentioned.

The 1984 San Francisco 49ers season was their 39th season in the National Football League (NFL). The season was highlighted by their second Super Bowl victory. The franchise had its best season ever, with a record of 15 wins and only 1 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. 🏈 The Niners DID NOT lose the Super Bowl.

I see the error of The 84 49ers won the SB with 18-1 record has been addressed but I don't see The '85 Bears won the SB with 18-1 record also (with their only loss in Reg season to the Dolphins of all teams) making them the third team to be 18-1 (or second to win the SuperBowl and have 1 reg season loss with 49ers)

That Pats came within a game of breaking the Dolphin's record, and actually won more games in a row than the Dolphins did...so I don't think I would include that record. If not for the biggest fluke play in sports history, they would have broke the record

Like the other comments, I think your videos are great, especially for a channel your size, and I think you'll grow. Respectfully however, 7 sacks will NEVER be broken?? I can't get on board with that opinion. If four other players have achieved 6 sacks, it's only a matter of time that someone gets 8. A record that will "NEVER" be broken is one like Brett Favre or Cal Ripken Jr.'s consecutive games played streak. These streaks will truly never be broken due to the way that professional sports franchises have realized that occasional player rest is better for the long-term value of their career and thus value to the team. The current active streaks don't even come close to Favre and Ripken's records. Another example would be Rasheed Wallace's technical fouls in a season record. It will "NEVER" be broken due to league rule changes regarding automatic suspensions that make it mathematically impossible for someone to break his record.

Nfl commissioner with referee's can change a lot of records, it's good for there business, look at Bradys 7 superbowl rings. Wouldn't it be exciting if another quarterback got 8 rings, it can happen with enough referee's help, the game is about inches and yards, you start taking from one team and adding yards to other team you get touchdowns and wins.
