We love this dish very much and prepare it often. Ideal with any meat. A quick recipe that you must try.
WE WILL NEED:
1 onion
1 carrot
1 cup of rice
potato
beef soup stock
parsley
AND THE RECIPE IS:
✅ Cut the onion and carrot into small cubes and fry for 5 minutes
✅ Add 1 cup of rice and fry everything together for an additional 5 minutes. We also added our spice cubes: carrot, parsley, celery
✅ Season with: soy sauce, dry mixture of spices, paprika and salt
✅ Cut potatoes into slices and season with: oil, salt and pepper
✅ Oil the pan and spread the rice and vegetables evenly. Place potatoes on top of that and cover everything with 800 ml of beef soup stock
✅ Bake for 45 minutes at 230°C and after it is almost done, add parsley. If necessary, turn the potatoes and leave for a few minutes for additional browning
