@Allenovation It is! You communicate information in a very clear and insightful manner. I took notes about this one for an upcoming interview I have.

Thanks! 😊 - I hope your interview goes well! Just to mention this: each interview is a lesson in itself, so even “bad” interviews are still helpful over your entire career, so you do win either way. In any case, be sure to talk about the outcomes. If they ask “tell me about a time where you did x”…then talk about it but he sure to drive home the outcome and what it did for the client, company, yourself, etc. and definitely ask at least 1 question if/when they give you the chance. It may seem like a small thing, but asking a question shows a whole lot: you care, you’re invested, you’re prepared, you’ve listened, etc. again, best of luck and let us know how it goes!

@@Allenovation I got the position! This was my second position I interviewed for. The first went poorly (I could feel it). I prepared and took a much more thoughtful approach for this interview. This includes speaking about two PDI projects including the tools and processes I utilized. I had my own questions written, but your questions provided me additional items to think about which I had not considered. I tweaked some to be relevant for the organization. My favorite questions you put out was "What are some examples of tasks for someone in my role?" That really gets to the heart of visualizing the position. You don't know it, but you're my ServiceNow BFF who I hang out with on KZitem. =)
