When checking your shoulders,should you check your left and right or you should check randomly on the pitch?
@2v1football

Not randomly! First check the direction that has the biggest risk of opponent presence (based on your game sense, previous shoulder checks and communication from teammates) - protecting the ball is always your first priority. Then think about advancing the ball forward, scan left and right to look for free space and better positioned (higher on the pitch or with better possiblity to push the play forward) teammates.

You can start with last 2 exercises from my juggling video. Then try exercise number 1 and try to beat your juggling record in every try. Experiment with different foot parts and ankle angles. I will be releasing "how to juggle video" soon. :)

What worked for me was to juggle 1 time with your feet, let it bounce 1 time and juggle again 1 time. I went in the summer vacation from juggling record 22 to 250 by practiceing every day

Please do you think peripheral vision should be trained much to see more distances in front of the ball or you think the normal peripheral vision we all have is okay and what's important is keeping your head up?

Important thing is to just keep it cool and feel comfortable about looking around. Once it becomes your habit you'll start to see more and more, also thanks to your increasing experience. :)

Sir,so should we now do individual finishing drills without looking at the goal ?
@2v1football

It's a good idea to make your individual training more game-related. During real game situation you often don't have time to look at the goal and you need to rely on experiences gained through previous shoots :)
